We strive to provide efficient and reliable service for all our customers. As part of our commitment to timely order processing, we aim to process all orders within 2 to 3 business days, with the exception of peak holiday periods when processing may take longer. To ensure the safe and timely delivery of our products, we currently use reputable shipping carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Please note that for MIRA Safety products, the order processing time is approximately 7 to 10 business days. This delay is due to the current situation in Europe, which has resulted in longer than usual delivery times. 

Contiguous US:

Orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping. We cannot ship to PO boxes using our free shipping method, only to physical addresses.

AK/HI/US Territories and International:

Shipment Confirmation:

You will receive a shipment confirmation via email once your order is processed, including your tracking number and the carrier service selected.

Product Inspection:

Upon receiving your order, be sure to inspect all products for any damage or discrepancies.

Shipping Carriers:

Not all shipping carriers are available on every order. Weight, size, and location may limit the options we use.

Free Shipping:

For free shipping options, the average delivery time is between 5-15 business days. When carriers are experiencing significant increases, the delivery estimate may increase. We suggest following up with the shipping carrier with the tracking ID number that was provided to you.

International Shipping:

For international shipping, customers are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.

Multiple Packages:

We represent several manufacturers, and they have different fulfillment centers in several states. Therefore, multi-product orders may arrive in multiple packages from various points of origin.

Stolen Package:

If the shipping company confirms the product was delivered to your address but never received it, it may have been stolen. To resolve this issue, you must contact the shipper. The title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the shipper. Once you file a stolen package report with the shipping company, please provide us proof of the submission. If the shipping company doesn't refund the purchase price within 60 days, we will give you store credit for the purchase amount. This offer is limited to one occurrence per customer/address with a purchase price limit of $300.


The cancellation window is within 12 hours of order placement. We cannot cancel or modify an order after 12 hours of order placement. You must call customer service at (888) 700-7036 to update or cancel your order. We are unable to cancel/modify the order through email forms.


Returns due to late cancellation may incur a 15% restocking fee.
