Refund policy

Important Final Sale Notice: Food products (including MREs and emergency food), water storage containers, designated oversized items, and all MIRA Safety products are final sale once shipped and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong item or quantity.

30-Day Returns: Other eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from Prepared Bee before returning any merchandise.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders: Final-sale restrictions do not prevent you from contacting us if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Please contact Prepared Bee promptly so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution. We may request photographs or other documentation. Do not return merchandise unless instructed to do so.

MRE STAR Orders: MRE STAR food products are final sale; however, if Prepared Bee or our fulfillment partner made an error in fulfilling your order, please contact us promptly. MRE STAR fulfillment-error claims must be reported within 30 days of the date the order was placed.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from a confirmed fulfillment error, damage, or defect.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders: Applicable outbound shipping, return shipping, carrier, handling, or restocking charges may be deducted from any eligible refund. Final-sale products remain subject to the final-sale provisions even if delivery is refused.

Manufacturer Warranties: Some products are covered by manufacturer warranties. After Prepared Bee's applicable return period, warranty claims are generally handled according to the manufacturer's warranty terms and procedures.
